Administrative Coordinator

eMarketer is looking for an energetic, go-getter to be our new Administrative Coordinator! As our Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests. You’ll exemplify eMarketer’s friendly and professional culture while welcoming visitors, assisting callers and helping with special projects as needed. You’re a courteous “people person” eager to begin your career at a digital company.

Once you’ve mastered the basics you’ll have the opportunity to learn about eMarketer’s different teams. There are plenty of growth opportunities and multiple growth paths for a quick learner who shows initiative.

Our successful Administrative Coordinator will: 

  • Welcome guests, starting their visit off on the right foot
  • Answer eMarketer’s main phone line during regular business hours
  • Receive vendor and mail deliveries

  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to multitask 
  • An interest in digital marketing
